Export Compliance

Bhumi Defense is committed to complying with all applicable US and international export control laws and regulations. Our aerospace and defense assets are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

We do not engage in transactions with any entity listed on the US Government's Denied Persons, Entity, or Unverified lists, or any individual or entity subject to US economic sanctions.

All hardware procurement and software licensing require a formal End-Use Certification (EUC) to be filed with our Compliance Department. This ensures that Bhumi Defense technologies are utilized solely for authorized defense missions and by verified agencies.
